We love to work on the farm and use the fresh produce in meals for our guests.

Depending on the time of year we are able to harvest a wide variety of fruit such as pineapples, starfruit, papaya, oranges, lemons, limes, avocados and bananas.  Yucca and plantains are also widely used in cooking and herbs such as basil and corriander grow like weeds around the kitchen.

If you are joining us as part of the volunteer team and have an interest in agriculture, perhaps you can help us out on the farm clearing land with machetes, planting, harvesting and tending to the chickens are all some of the tasks that need to be done on the farm.
